Beatrice Pfaff

Executive Director

Beatrice became MDO’s Executive Director in 2013 after volunteering for more than 20 years. Her two sons were participants for many years and both returned as volunteers, one currently serves as Program Director. Beatrice lives in Franklin, IN.

Greg Petersen

Greg has been a fixture at MDO for many years and enjoys compiling the all-time records and stats for us. His son attended several years as a participant and has returned to volunteer as well. Greg lives in St. Louis, MO.

Ronda Jo Bilz

Ronda joined MDO in 1999 and has served as PA Director since 2004. Her passion for volunteering shines at MDO and she loves to see participants grow and learn, returning as volunteers. Ronda lives in Indianapolis, IN.

Dan Zedeker

Dan has volunteered at MDO for many years. His daughter attended several years as a participant. Dan lives in Columbus, OH, where he teaches, coaches and interprets.

Natalie Hendrix – Evans

<p”>Natalie attended as a participant and has volunteered for several years. Natalie lives in Greenwood, IN and Teaches ASL at Southport High School in Indianapolis.

Barbie Harris

Barbie Harris has volunteered at MDO for many years!  Her daughter attended as a participant and then returned as a volunteer as well.  Barbie works alongside our Executive Director to make sure MDO is a unique and memorable experience for all.
